Pastor
Pastor Brendon Albury is a dedicated spiritual leader and educator who has served as the Senior Pastor of Solid Rock Church in Arlington, Virginia, since June 17, 2023. He is known for his dynamic sermon series, which focuses on walking in God’s favor and practical faith.
Pastor Albury previously served as the Progression and Admission Coordinator for the Nursing Department at Washington Adventist University. His extensive professional background—including an MBA, MHA, and his tenure with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)—uniquely equips him to lead with both spiritual depth and organizational excellence. He views his prior experience in healthcare administration as a vital training ground for his active faith, applying those real-world leadership principles to the growth and service of the local church.
A native product of Christian education, Pastor Albury holds a B.A. in Theology from Antillean Adventist University and a Master of Divinity from Andrews University. Over the past 15 years, his ministerial footprint has covered the Florida, New York, and Illinois regions, where he has successfully built up local ministries, mentored youth, and served as both a District and Senior Pastor. Pastor Albury is passionate about engaging communities through deep biblical teaching and the practical application of the Gospel.
Personal Life
He is happily married to his wife, Jennifer Albury, who actively supports the ministry. They are the proud parents of two children: an energetic son, Keith, and a daughter, Charlotte.
