Romana Lavalas—affectionately known as “Ro”—is an appointed Elder at Solid Rock Church who brings a wonderfully approachable and delightfully quirky energy to her leadership.
As a key and vibrant member of the Solid Rock praise team, Ro shares her gifts to help lead the congregation in worship. She possesses a deep heart for the next generation, actively dedicating her time to mentor young people as a volunteer with both the Pathfinder and Adventurer clubs. Beyond her work with the youth, Ro is deeply committed to local outreach and finds great joy in volunteering her time with Solid Rock’s ministry at the Arlington Community Homeless Shelter.
